I'll chip in. I think we can find a pretty nice trophy for around $100, so can't imagine more than $10 bones each. What do you mean by logo? League name, or are we talking logo for the trophy?

There's a great place here in Bloomington to get trophies made.....I believe the Frenzy trophy (which looks great) was created in B-Town

I've got the trophy covered guys. The Frenzy trophy (I'm sure Mike can post a link to a picture, or you can see them spinning next to us Champs here: Frenzy Home Page) was made at a shop I deal with downtown here. In keeping with the Feeding Frenzy umbrella, I'd like to have the exact same trophy made with our new Frenzy IDP logo in place of the Frenzy logo. I don't remember exact cost, but I think the entire thing was less than $120. We collect a small fee from each owner each year to cover the Champs engraving fee.

Alright Brian... I am a life long A's fan.. My grandpa was from Oakland. I live in LA and I hate the F'n Dodgers, although I get really good seats, parking and club privlages. I just go to root for the other teams.

And BTW... this is an awfully long thread for this subject..

I've seen one Dodger game in person in my life, in 1987. Mickey Hatcher (a former Twin scrub, so he was one of the few players I actually knew in the game at that time) scored the winning run off a single by the Dodger pitcher. Dodgers win 1-0. National League baseball at it's best. What a treasured memory that is.

No problem guys. Swords and I will head down to the shop and gather some ideas for everyone to choose from. Chime in if you have any design ideas - they made the Frenzy trophy completely custom for us, so there's no need to buy a specific floor display or anything.

Logo Update

I've asked my brother-in-law (Jersey here on the boards) to design a logo for us. Kyle designed the current NF-FFL and Frenzy logos you see used here on the board.

For a concept, I've given him a sketch that is a shark's mouth with teeth clamping down on a football, with "Shark Attack" above and "Contract Dynasty" below the mouth. SAC'D is written on the football. A shark fin will split the words "Shark Attak" above the shark.

We've discussed whether it will be a frontal view of the shark (face only), or a side view showing the shark twisting into the foreground. I've told Kyle whatever is easier for him will be great.

For colors, I told himto make the Shark outline in Navy. I'm thinking green / grey lettering for the text, and maybe some red blood in the teeth.

Anybody care to add to or modify the concept?

I have even less input on the creation of a logo than I do on defensive scoring. Whatever you guys come up with will be great I'm sure.

Not sure if Kyle's going to use the actual gif attached or just use it as an idea for his own sketch.

Quite cool! If you are taking advice, I'd go with using it as an idea and giving it a less "cartoony" look. Something like what you have with Frenzy now using this as the base with your football in the mouth idea would be awesome. It would take it to the next level on the coolness scale.

I agree with Randilover. if he could find a gif, pdf, whatever of a real shark or something like that I would be all over it. I love the current Frenzy logo. Very Cool. This is better than anything I can design, but just needs 'tweaked' a little.
