Berrian going active puts you over the cap (according to MFL) by 58 cb's. You need to make a move to get under the cap within 24 hours of this promotion or penalties will be assessed.

Perhaps you forgot to account for the 188cb signing bonus penalty for releasing JJ Arrington?

Isn't the penalty for 2006 on Arrington just 20% (104cb)
