Hard Cap Period Ending. Please Read

Just a reminder that the hard cap period ends Tuesday at Midnight. Soft Cap period starts on Wed at 12:01AM

What this means:
If you cut someone during the hard cap the entire penalty goes on this year. If you cut someone during the soft cap the penalty is split between this year and next.
