Floyds and Gunslingers make a deal

The Gunslingers give up Reggie Wayne
The Floyd's give up Michael Clayton, Marion Barber, Dogglers 1st rounder** and the Bloodsuckers 2nd rounder.

** Floyd's retain the conditional pick that came with their trade with Dogglers 1st rounder. If Doggler's pick is between 1-4, Floyd's give Doggler his 2nd and the Doggler gives Floyd's his 4th....if the pick is between 10-12, Doggler gives Floyd's his 2nd, Floyd's give Doggler his 4th.

If I have missed anything on this conditional part of the deal please let me know.

Burt will confirm when he gets a chance.

I confirm...the actual conditions of the Doggler/Burt trade are in that thread, and that is what is the werd on that....

Let's hear the critics...how bad did I do this time?

Horrible, horrible deal....

Now the west division is completely stacked.

Good deal for you. Always great to secure the rights to an Elitie WR, you can either keep him or let him go for a 1st rounder slightly lower than the one you traded away.

As for Matt any future picks and young players for trading away 1 year contracts are always great deals.

I'm sorry, but I feel the need to correct you slightly. The west (actually, the White) is not completely stacked. I still suck.

Ahman Green is still on the block if you would like to try and level the field a bit. Burt got the #7 WR and you could have the #7 RB (based on average points per game).

Anyhow, with Wayne I figured a good young RB (MBIII) who should hopefully get a shot at more meaningful playing time and two top 30 picks (hopefully the first round compensatories don't push the Bloodsuckers second rounder out of the Top 30) was not too bad. Clayton was kind of more for the salaries to equal out but the talent is (or at least was) there so maybe he is worth hanging onto for next year (though at a reduced salary as an RFA).

If anyone in the West (or elsewhere) is looking to trying make their push and wants Green I am still fielding offers...

Re: Floyds and Gunslingers make a deal

This is probably a silly question but when the automated messages says,

Glenside Gunslingers (Freedom) gave up:
Wayne, Reggie IND WR

Falcon Floyds (Burt) gave up:
Barber, Marion DAL RB
Clayton, Michael TBB WR
Year 2007 Round 1 Draft Pick from Falcon Floyds (Burt)Year 2007 Round 2 Draft Pick from Falcon Floyds (Burt)

It means Dogglers 1st rounder and the Bloodsuckers 2nd rounder (since Burt owned them). Just want to make that I am not getting Burts' actual picks.

Thanks.

yeah, it's whatever you traded, MFL doesn't have the past traded draft picks available for me to send you, so I sent those just to show what was sent.
