Here's a preview of the 2007 SACD Roster App with the declarations that have been made thus far (pretty much all the RFA's except the Needles who haven't declared yet):

Mike- Thanks for the update. I think Fitz should be a four year deal at this point (I made it five in 2006 but I think the extra expired when we went into 2007). I would be happy to leave it as a five year deal but I wanted to let you know...

Actually, almost all of my guys need to have one year removed. Big Ben and Leonard Pope look right otherwise everyone else seems to have one more year than they should.

OK, the SACD Roster App is updated through the recent RFA activity.

Also fixed Gunslingers years (cross-referenced them with the 06 app). If anyone else notices any contract years or salary issues, please advise.

The SACD Roster App is current through June 1 and pick 2.11 of the rookie draft.

The app and MFL website for 2007 should be in sync. I made several minor corrections to the app, but everything should be good to go.

Frank, the app is yours from here on out if thats ok. Also start using the transactions tab so we can keep things in sync.

I sent an updated app through 6.13 to Mike.. so he can upload it whenever he wants.

I just noticed that I am missing RB C.Buckhalter PHI on my roster... He was part of the trade with Insects..

Thanks Mike... I just wanted to make sure I had my math correct.. I was going to bump your 2 WR's, but looks like somebody already took care of that. That was close to being a good grab on 2 good WR's. Glad I wasn't the one to :shit: on your parade.

Top 10 salries were also updated.
Croyle was also added to the Needles TS squad.

Can we change Thomas Davis designation on the App (I presume its correct on MFL)? He should be an LB not a DB as he was drafted.

Sure. So what happens to pay scale when rookies are drafted? I don't think we ever came to a conclsuion on that.

The one thing we agreed on was using the teams site to determine a players position. We did not really agree on what to do with the players salary who switches positions. I think the only fair thing to do with a rookie would be if he changes position prior to the season, he gets the new salary that goes with that position. But I think we allow the team who drafted him to get a chance to cut the player cap-hit free. I don't think a team should be penalized if a DB switches to a LB, and his salary goes up 200cb and that team already has 4 LB and only 2 DB. Likewise, if a player switches from LB to DL, the team should not have to pay a LB salary for DL stats.

Thomas Davis is I believe a 3rd year player, so we won't be making any salary adjustments on him now.

I'd say that whatever position a player is as of the begining of in season free agency of his rookie year is the determinant of his contact. I think that's basically what you're saying, and I'm just reiterating that I agree.

Sounds good, from memory Davis played DB for his whole rookie season, it was in his first full off season that he switched, we can't retrospectively go around changing salaries, it would be chaos
