Popes decline. My current RB corps + AP will suffice.

Note to Opihi: I may be reading the rules wrong, or I might not be looking at the most recent roster, but I think you're over your cap by $199 with Portis. I understand you have 24 hours to remedy, so I wanted to give you a heads up.
