1.19 WR Steve Smith, NYG
 

Once Booker went off the board, I turned my attention to the WRs... and there are a lot of potential good ones here: Craig Davis, Jacoby Jones, Jason Hill, Paul Williams, James Jones, Laurent Robinson, Mike Walker... each of them getting thier "pub" on the message boards and in rookie drafts.

However, I'm going with the guy from the big-time school (USC) who was extremely consistent in his play throughout his career. He's a great route runner, quick (not necessarily blazing fast), has good hands, can block well, is competative, and always seemed to be open when USC needed a possession!

He could be a perennial WR3 for the New York Football Giants... then again, he could also become one of Eli's more reliable targets in the years to come.

As the owner of the REAL Steve Smith, I demand that everyone call this guy "Junior" going forward. Not Steve Smith Jr. just "Junior". :)

Wait, that still wouldn't clear things up. Adrian Peterson, Chris Henry, etc, etc. We can't call them ALL Junior!
