Preds and Clowns in violation

According to my records, we have the following violations:

1) Preds is one year over Contract Limit of 65 years

2) Dos Clowns is one IOP over the 18 player limit

Both teams have 24 hours to rectify the problem.

OK, just reread the rule, and I thought only Active players could be placed on the IR. but I guess you can put DS players there too.

Yup, otherwise I never would have IR'd him. I remember discussion on this a year or 2 ago (I wasn't involved for a change! :))and it was deemed legal.
