The addition of Jenkins puts the Mutts OVER the cap.

Roster penalties will apply here for the Mutts exceeding the cap for gretaer than 24 hours. They are also banned from bidding on Jenkins for 30 days.

Actually, looking back, this is the Mutts 2nd offense this season (Derrick Ward being the 1st http://predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11317).

As per the rules, an additional 10% cap penalty will be applied.
