2008 rules issues

This thread is a place for you to suggest items you'd like to see addressed/voted on in 2008 and also a place for me to plug in reminders for myself on rules items I need to address. I'll leave it Sticky all year.

For each issue someone plugs in here, I will start a discussion thread for it (don't turn this thread into discussion of the issues!).

Reminder to myself: discuss issue of penalties when team in a trade does not get roster-legal w/in 24 hours (the Dodgers/Absolut/Freedom fiasco of 2007). I'm not a fan of the trade being reversed. I will come up with an alternative suggestion for the rules and start a new discussion thread.
