Newbie Mulligan (Ben)

For the sake of the league, and to keep the newbie from jumping out his office window, I am going to reduce his Trade Cap penalty to 125, so that he can sign Cooper without any further cuts.

This puts you under the cap and at the roster minimums. The rest of the year is up to you buddy!
