2009 RH Opihi RFA designations...

The Opihi wish to extend the following RFA tags:

TE Jason Witten, 1st round tag (750cbs)
RB Brian Westbrook, 1st round tag (2200cbs)
RB Clinton Portis, 1st round tag (2200cbs)

Of course, these are subject to change, prior to the deadline... (but they probably won't!).
