You just passed my ceiling (especially since I just noticed he's not eligible for the DS (4th year pro).

Good Luck w/him, he may just have the job in Chicago over A-Train.

Thanks... but he ain't mine yet! I'm planning on swapping him in with Kevin Faulk, who I thought might have had a shot at taking over the starting RB spot in NE... but has been sort of phased out of the offense ever since donning an OPIHI uniform! Oh well.

He has been running pretty well lately, but at times he sure does seem s..l..o..w. My theory is Jauron is just saving Thomas' knees during this wasted season.

As for why Leon's still returning kicks, I haven't a clue....

Did you get to see the game this past week with Detroit? Was that a crazy call by the Detroit coach or what?!?!? TAKE THE BALL!

How have the "home games" been this year for you Bears fans?

Yeah, I've been to every game in Champaign (preseason too). It had gotten to the point where, against the Pats, I was just happy when the Bears managed to have the lead for most of the game.

Before the overtime period, I was watching Edinger get in some quick practice kicks; he was kicking from the 35, into the wind, and they were falling short. So that might have influenced Mohrny's decision. Unfortunately for him, the wind changed direction so Edinger wasn't kicking directly into it when it counted.

My dad said he would have made the same call. That must be the old sailor in him: always going by the wind.
