I see a few discrepancies with Frank's team on the website.

Chad Ochocinco should be at 1760cbs this year (website lists 1700cbs)
2009 UFA for 1600 + 10% increase for 2010 = 1760

The 2009 soft cap carryover should be 10cbs (website lists 20cbs)...unless I'm missing a soft cap cut other than John Carney

So on the app I had Frank at 367cbs available cap prior to this sale; thus this sale puts him at 123cbs over the cap.
