I was going on the fact that you made the claim 1 minute after you placed a claim on Massaquoi.

But in terms of when the original player was cut (and thus the 72-hour window expired), you're right... it should have been Nelson first, so you'll move up in the waiver ranking. My mistake.

Shay(w)ne 'The Migraine' stays on the Practice Squad. Not sure if I need to cut anyone yet or wait until September....the rules seem silent. If I do have to cut, the cut is TE Matt Spaeth PIT.
