Chunks / Reds Trade (H Miller - J Ringer)

Per Chunks direction, Reds assign TE Heath Miller PIT to a ONE-YEAR contract.

Reds then trade Heath Miller to Chunks.
Chunks trade Javon Ringer to Reds.

Reds keep Javon Ringer on Taxi Squad for now.

Chunks to confirm.
