I keep looking at the 2300+ salary and keep thinking:

1. What, like I'm going to lose more games without him?
2. I'm not keeping him at 2600+ next year so why wait.
3. At least if I overpay for someone else, it'll be own mistake not what I inherited!

That's how I felt last season (my first season)... when I cut Eddie before the RFA period began. I think his salary was about 2200 when I cut him... after having received NO BITES on trades. Then he went for higher than I was trying to trade him... go figure. Hope this works out best for your squad, Rich!
