this guy is a perfect example of why our rookie salary scale is way to high......this guy will probably sell for around 1000-1300......now I think he has much more chance of being a solid player all year apposed to William Green who I had to sign right out of the box for 1200 cb's.......I just think in the future we'll all run into big time problems with such inflated rookie salaries......it's not right that I can get a veteran for less than or about the same salary as a rookie and 9 times out of 10 that veteran will start and outproduce the rookie for at least 1 or 2 years. I don't think the scale is totally out of wack...just off by about 10-20%

And I disagree with your assessment of William Green. I'd be HAPPY to take him (and his 1200 contract) off your hands.

I love how the RFA is correcting those obnoxiously low "first year Frenzy" salaries! Ah, parity!!

Next year you'll see what I mean when you can't keep a player on the DV for more than one year and you have to start cutting rookies or 2nd year players because thier prices don't reflect thier value.
