I only want him as a handcuff for D. Murrary and this is the final year of his contract with Dallas. Never thought someone else would want his services at this price.

Besides,no way I'm overpaying for him and giving away a 4th rounder at this/that time.

I can keep 6,000cb in my bank or pay for a player one year contract who will give me more points than any of my back ups - I concure on not giving up picks for a service I can easily afford at a premium and cut with little feeling.

With the cap space the Hunters had, it was worth the risk to see if he would go for cheaper....it didn't work out. In the end, he still has over 3800 to work with.
