Need space for Royster. On the off chance he is not eligible we should still have cap space and roster room. Thx

Cutting it close... this came out just after you posted the IR move:

Titans | Kenny Britt activated Tue Aug 28, 08:14 PM The Tennessee Titans activated WR Kenny Britt (knee) from the Physically Unable to Perform list Tuesday, Aug. 28. He'll join the roster Wednesday, Aug. 29. However, Britt will not play in the preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints Thursday, Aug. 30. He will likely be facing a suspension from the league when he does return.
