RFA deadline

RFA's were due yesterday. We have two teams who have not filed. I will give them until end of the day today to get those in..

OK, so now that we have new owner, we are set to begin RFA bidding on Monday, April 8th at 12:01am EST.

Please review the RFA tender list and verify your RFA's are listed correctly, and at proper levels:
