The Opihi send WR Rod Streater (3/110) to inter-divisional rivals, ACINT... for the option to exchange 3rd round picks in 2014 (ACINTs highest pick). If the Opihi have a higher 3rd round pick, then ACINT gives up their 4th.

from messages I have received, he has just gotten back from sea and is now in Canada with limited access, I say we give the rookie a few days to adjust this, up to comish on how long.

IMO this trade needs to be voided and redone, and like with Shep, ACINT needs to get roster penalties for exceeding the cap.

Yah, I didn't look at their roster before the trade.
I'll take the penalties for this one. I was the one behind the trade to the newbies.
Let's invalidate the trade and I'll release Streater straight up.
20% cap hit on the 105... Plus the regular cap hit for releasing him.

Regular cap hit = 47cbs.
Penalty 20% = 22cbs.
Total: 67cbs.
