Jimmy Graham, TE or WR?
 

The Players Association has filed a grievance on Graham's behalf that he be paid at WR franchise tag levels not TE.

The implications on fantasy are huge IMO, if he wins the grievance, he'd be reclassified as a WR by the NFL and therefor can't lineup as a TE in fantasy lineups in most leagues.

From the wording of the CBA looks like Graham has a pretty good case. He did line up in positions usually occupied by WRs a majority of the time.

Great point for the fantasy implications, Mike. Hadn't thought about that before. And I think if he's playing WR-type positions the majority of the time, that's quite telling.

Better lock him in a longterm contract now, while he's still a "TE!"
