Waive WR Torrey Smith, SF 630/1
 

Just way too inconsistent and not nearly enough targets in a really bad Niners offense to justify the salary.

He's better suited for Best Ball formats where the occasional big weeks have a big impact and the multiple 0-5pt weeks don't play a factor in Wins and Losses.

Note to Pat & Dale, the cap hit for releasing Torrey should only be 63cbs (10%) since I claimed him off waivers. You both have it at the standard 20%.
