DT PAT Conversion
 

Do we not score DT PAT Conversions? I thought for sure the KC DT would get 2 points for the Eric Berry PAT INT return, but it's not reported by MFL.

I don't think we've amended the rules to score that since the NFL made that change. It's something we may have to vote in? Have to look at the wording in the rules when I have a chance later.

It's also probably an additional setting in MFL for defensive scoring.

OK, so the Rules don't address conversion returns whatsoever, as they never existed until what, last year?.

MFL does have a Conversion Returns scoring category, but we'd need to determine a value. IMO it should be the same 2 points as the offensive team was attempting to score (with no credit for Fumble Recovery or Int).

All that said, since the rules don't seem to support any scoring for this play at this time, I'm of the opinion we either need a unanimous vote to make this change immediately, or vote on a rule change for 2017.

Feel free to put up a vote if you want to try for the unanimous vote.

If it's an unaddressed scoring change, it should wait until next season IMO.

Uh...whatever happened in the previous Denver game should be the precedence...were the points given before or not??? Because if we change the current scoring of this event, then we have to go back and change it for an already completed contest...on a side note, it seems this should not be a voting issue as we follow the NFL scoring routinely - this was an oversight and should be corrected for next season as a matter of obviousness and form...there is no fumble or interception given as a stat during game so no points to Def for that...just my 2 cents...
