RFA declarations due Saturday April 22nd at midnight EST
RFA Bidding will start Monday, May 1st at 12:01am EST
RFA Bidding will end Wednesday May 31st at midnight EST
Rookie draft will start Monday June 5th at 12:01am EST
UFA will start the 1st Monday after the Rookie Draft is completed

According to the rules, contract declarations for RFA's, UFA's and Rookies are due the Tuesday after 3rd pre-season game, which would be Tuesday August 29th.

IR will also open up this same day.

And In-Season Free Agency starts the day after, August 30th.

October 31st at 11:59pm - Hard Cap Period Ends
November 1st at 12:00am - Soft Cap Period Begins

So we are now in Soft Cap period.
