The Opihi were hoping to have been able to bring Julio back when we started the RFA period. In fact, that was the plan. But in light of getting TY Hilton, we're going to have to DECLINE to match his current offer, and send him back with our blessings to the CHICKENS. We're grateful for the year of service he gave our club.
