Passes 12-0 Rule Proposal - Extend off-season roster compliance period to 48/72 hours
 

Note, if approved, this rule change will only apply for the 2017 season if unanimous, otherwise a passing vote will go into effect for the 2018 season.

This vote is to extend the period of time teams are allowed to make roster changes to be in compliance for any roster violations to 48 hours instead of 24.

Seeing as UFA's don't sell for 48 hours on Sun-Thur bids and 72 hours for Fri/Sat bids this puts the compliance period in line with those.

Thus a player won on Sunday through Thursday would be a 48 hour compliance period, whereas a player won on a Friday or Saturday would be a 72 hour compliance period.
