This was an In-Season bid thus sold in 24 hours and had 24 hours to declare years and be in roster compliance after the sale.

Carlson SOLD to Freedom on 8/30 at 7:57 AM
Years had to be declared by this morning at 7:57 AM, since he missed that the years default to 1

I believe Matt had a few open roster spots so roster space is OK
