still has yet to prove any reliability, maybe we'll bring him back up week 4 to cover Reed's bye. For now, making room for Jame's Conner. 1 wk active thus 5cb salary bump

Hooper was activated week 12 of 2017. I believe that would count as an additional 5 weeks so the increase would be 30cbs instead of 5cbs.

I guess my memory sucks. Whatever I’ll fix it when I get back. We we’re eliminated week 14 last season so it should be 2017 wks 12, 13 & 14 and 2018 wk 1 so 20 cbs before he was demoted wk 2 and then called back up wk 3.
