Small correction - Martin was signed for 2 years, not 3, so subtract the last $15 (spread over last year and this year) from my cap penalties.

OK, I missed the not enough years and adjustment done afterwards.

Anyways, adjusted 2018 penalty from 29cb to 14cb for multi year. And carryover was reduced from 27cb to 19cb. So your Carryover CB went from 278cb to 270cb.
