Is it a Coup or Coop??? Roosters pick a peck to increase draft haul while Cards spend some draft capital to move up in 2019...

Chi-Town gets pick 1.1 from Red Rooster...

Red Rooster gets WR Robert Foster, BUF (110/2), 2019 picks 2.07 and 3.07 and also Chi-Town 2020 1st round pick (caveat - Rooster will get Cards best 2020 1st rounder if multiples occur)

This gives Cards 3 of 5 first picks in 2019 draft...yikes and with no capologist anywhere to be seen...

I didn't get much sleep the last couple nights going back and fourth on different offers... But in the end I wanted a 2020 first and coveted Robert Foster... He was a highly recruited 5 star athelete that didn't have a great college career due to injury on and off the field. He was brought to the Bills by the offensive coordinator (his former college coach at Alabama) who knows what kind of talent he has.

He was the only NFL rookie with three 100-yard receiving games in 2018, putting him in a group with JuJu Smith-Schuster (3 in 2017), Michael Thomas (3 in 2016) and Amari Cooper (5 in 2015) as the only NFL players since 2015 to record three 100-yard games in their rookie season.

As we all know, it's hard to find the hidden gems, but I am placing my bet on Mr. Robert Foster.

Good luck Chuck with your 1.1... I had a hard time letting go of Josh Jacobs. I think he will be a solid RB, just not spectacular... I hope I'm right since I'll have to face him 2 times a year and hopefully a third ;)

Pleasure dealing with you Rick, as always...had to sweeten the deal at least 2 times to make it happen...

Josh will go in the 1st round for sure, just not 1.1...I have to find cap relief somewhere to afford these round 1 guys...

Is Murray gonna have more rushing yards than Josh??? Can I get him as a RB??? lol

As a Bills fan, I hope you're right about Foster, however, I think you might want to curb your enthusiasm with him a bit.

Preds were offered a deal for 1.04 with Foster coming back in a package, and didn't view him as more than a likely WR4 in general, maybe WR3 some weeks. Not sure I agree with what you gave up to get him, but hey, we all run things differently.

Again, I hope you're right, especially since our QB1 will be tossing him the rock. We'll see!
