Thank you. I did NOT want to take him at 4.15, but I probably would have anyway.

I HATE this pick for the Pack; I can't help but want to punch walls when I think about who they could've used this pick on instead.

But to get an NFL 1st round QB who is assured to at some point get a chance to start somewhere (better not be GB) 50-something picks in to a FF draft...how can you not?

There's a future HOFer on that list. Although he is the only one on that list that demonstrated value either in the NFL or FF.

That list is a 1 in 12 hit rate for the QB position overall, which is essentially a 92% failure rate for taking a QB in the 4th.

Correct. And that's one side of what makes this list so interesting. The other side is this: of these 12 picks, only 1 was an NFL 1st-rounder (Campbell). 2 were 2nd rounders (Hackenberg and White), and the rest of them were 3rd/4th/5th round NFL picks. It's not often that an NFL 1st round QB lasts through the late 4th in SACD.

I briefly thought about him at 4.12, but with uncertainty of when he'd take over I passed. May have to promote him to active squad before he even takes over, and a reneg may be needed to get value out of him.

That's been pretty much my thought process on him as well. I thought about him in the late 3rd in Frenzy, and questioned if he'd even have value in year 4 or 5 as a PS player. Granted in SACD you can extend contracts, but will it be worth that to do so 4 years from now, when he may have maybe 1 year under his belt, maybe 2?

I am not so sure he won't be playing next year. If Rodgers doesn't have a pretty great year and the Packers go 500ish or worse, I think it will be Love time and Rodgers will be traded.
