Roster app shows there isn't room for rookie WR James Proce, BAL on TS. Also showing Pea Cocks are 1 year over TS contract years cap.

OK, so I believe if I take a leap of faith and promote WR Justin Jefferson (345/5) that makes room for both Proche and his 3 year contract, correct?
