So the "personal matter" and "focusing on your mental well being" that caused you to miss over 70% of the 2021 season is likely related to being a degenerate gambler. No sympathy here. Another elite talent wasting away due to stupidity.

The Pirates timing was spot on regarding getting rid of him.
We got lucky on this one and got great value. Traded Ridley for 2021 pick 1.12, then traded 2021 1.12 for what turned out to be 2022 1.1.
