I am putting in a bid here, though if I read the rules correctly RHP is too late with their bid. From my understanding that since my last bid was on a Monday, it is subject to the 48hr clock not the 72hr clock and therefore any bidding after the time stamp of 8:51AM on June 28th is invalid.

Am I correct here? More wanting to know for my own understanding.
