The FRENZY Opihi franchise drafted QB Caleb Williams a few years ago as the foundation for our future... the SACD Opihi franchise are making a similar move this draft. Mendoza is a smart, aggressive, and accurate passer. I expect him to sit and learn under Cousins... but may be thrust into the starting lineup sooner than later for Vegas. Despite the Raiders being a very bad organization, Mendoza has the skills to not let it ruin him.
