This is a great pick this late in the draft. Devard has the ability to become a #1 receiver, and very little serious competition in Baltimore.

I disagree, this is a big reach with much better talent on the board. Not to mention the fact that I offered SBDC Ashley Lelie for this pick multiple times.

I'd take Ashley and his 2 year contract any day over this kid.

Darling has the preverbial "upside" to be sure... but I'll have to agree with Mike here. I think Lelie is in a much better position in Denver (including a QB who can actually get him the ball).

There would have been other rookie WRs I would have taken before Darling... but this could pay off somewhat 2-3+ years down the road.

I think there were other available but there is something about this guy that I liked. Read an article about how he lost a brother (who also played ball at FSU) and then transferred to Washington State. I think the Ravens will continue to improve and he could be a big part of it.
