I'm slightly surprised I got him this cheap. There must be something I don't know.

I'll go two years with Elam, and have an open roster spot for him.

Nah... nothing wrong with this former University of Hawaii player... I just had him for a 1-year contract, and when I picked up the Buccaneers & gave them a 2-year deal, decided to cut Jason loose. Enjoy!
