Was Garcia on your IR? You still have 18 players on your active roster. I suspect this is the case, but if not what was the situation?

He was placed on IR December 2nd http://predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5871 the same day I obtained the services of McNair.

I was under the cap by 42 cb's prior to cutting Garcia yesterday LOL. It doesn't look like I had room now because by cutting him yesterday I took a 148 cb cap hit (74 in 2004 and 74 in 2005).
