Lets arbitraily set an opening date for off-season Free Agency to begin as tommorrow (Wednesday 7/27) at 8am.

Did we decide on limiting off-season FA nominations to no more than two active noms per team or is it unlimited? I vaguely remember discussing this at one time but can't find where or what we decided....or maybe I've just smoked too much :smoke
