Top two teams face off

Good Grief and Subzero go head to head this week in a matchup of the two top scoring teams in the league. The winner of this game will be positioned very nicely heading in to the streatch run to the playoffs.

"Subzero is a pretty good team. It will be interesting to see how they bounce back after losing their QB Daunte Culpepper for the rest of the year." said coach Skippy. "I think our guys are ready for the game. We have been focusing all week and have had some great practices."

When asked about having to face a team that featured Peyton Maning, Shaun Alexander, Thomas Jones, and Antonio Gates, Subzero coach Keepers wet himself. "I don't know how we are supposed to stop this team," said Keepers. "We have been playing over our heads all year and now we have lost Daunte (Culpepper)!" Keepers was not available for further comment as he fell into a fetal position and had to be sedated by the training staff.

The odds makers are also not on Subzero's side. The spread came out at Subzero +35 and quickly widened to +50 as the bets started coming in.

Very Nice! I'm pulling for you Noah (hard to believe I know)! I need to figure out a way to steal the division title, being 4-4 and behind 2 teams, including 1 that is 7-1 makes that a pretty daunting task with 6 weeks to go, but ANYTHING can happen, and the division games are just a couple weeks away.

I'll also not that Keepers lone loss was to my ragtag squad early in the season! ;)

Good Grief vs. Subzero? Bah! No one is going to be at this game. Enjoy the empty stands. All the real fans are going to be at the Mountain Lion vs. Eco Warrior Game.

my question is, the owner of Good Grief can't even spell the name of his starting QB. How's he ever supposed to run a team. PS. Skippy, that loss to me gotta hurt, don't it?
