You and everyone else, we all missed it.

As I stated in the other thread, IMO this should be a TS release since EVERYBODY missed the error, with no cap penalty as a result (this being spoken by the kindler gentler Preds... not that bitterPreds dude).

Technically they should have been cut in April, and there are no waivers at that point, so I'm going to say no. Let's see what the others have to say as well, however.

I'd agree with Mike. Since this is essentially retroactive, I don't think waivers should apply.
