A simple yes or no here...we already passed that it should be changed. Lets get it finalized. Due to it now being in season, we will need 100% of owners to vote yes to pass...so a single no vote will postpone this until off season.

Also, this would get us in line with Frenzy. I believe we should try to make most basic rules as close as possible between the two leagues.
