This pains me as I've been a HUGE Gates fan since before anyone else discovered him, but his production this season just doesn't come close to meriting his cap hit.

Over 8 weeks he only has 46.3 points, and of the 7 weeks he played or could have played, he's netted 7.4 points or lower in 6 of them, with a paltry average of 3.867 points in those 6 weeks. One decent week out of 7 doesn't save him, seems like I have another CJ4yards on my hands.

Always hate to have to put a good horse down, but when it's time, it's time.

Best of luck Antonio, but you are a casualty of the hard cap period which ends in a couple days.
