ok..I guess it is more complicated if you read it that way...I have always gone under the assumption, you have so many comp points, use them as you wish...If you have 8 points, rather than use it on a 1st, you can take a 2nd, 3rd and 2 4ths....I have never seen anyone do that, not sure why they would want to , but I am not opposed to it myself. I followed Jim's logic to be my example

are the rules stated clearly you ALWAYS have to use them on highest level pick?
