Mike, I agree something needs to be done to discourage inactive owners. I just don't think the Toilet Bowl is the solution, as we have shown it can penalize owners who have been heavily active, but just have fallen victim to players performing below past years, injuries, and just plan bad luck (losing multiple times to weeks high scorer), etc.

I would be all in favor of some other kind of penalty, such as loss of draft pick, or a drop in draft order, but not an arbitrary penalty, that may or may not, affect the team who is the slackard.

I'd be fine with the rules committee taking action on slackards (such as ACINT) and penalizing draft pick position, particularly the first round.

In an active league such as Frenzy the inactivity such as we've seen this year should never be tolerated and there should be dire repercussions IMO.
