While this is probably not the sexy pick here, I feel Matthews is the most polished, best big WR, ready to step in and produce from day 1. He went to one of the best offenses currently in NFL, with the best young QB, and best young minded coach. He is going to thrive in Philly, and the Floyds are going to thrive in SAC'd for many years to come with Matthews
