Housler was drafted in 2011 and placed on the practice squad. IAW the rules if he is traded he cannot be placed on the acquiring teams practice squad. By rule Burt wants him placed on the taxi squad. Players on the taxi squad entering their 4th year must be cut or placed on the Active roster.
