but he's allowed to appeal for reinstatement AGAIN in August...
Frankly the NFL is doing him a disservice they reinstate at this point. He needs to focus on getting off drugs permanently, not just trying to stay clean for football season so he can then jump back off the wagon as soon as the season ends (if he can even do it that long).
